Appointments
Booking appointments:
To make an appointment for a session, please
call 970-819-1074. Massage sessions are by
appointment only. I will work with a client to
the best of my ability to schedule a mutually
agreeable appointment time.
I also visit my clientèle in the Denver metro
area every four to six weeks or so. Unless I
have received a “when are you coming down here?”
request, I contact my client base and we
schedule sessions for when I am available there.
Late arrivals:
My time is valuable. So is yours. Please be
courteous and arrive a few minutes early in
order to fill out paperwork (if a new client),
discuss our massage strategy, and to start the
session on time. Late arrivals may result in
shortened time on the table, but it is the
client's responsibility to pay for the full
session. Heartfire Massage is located
approximately 20 minutes outside of downtown
Steamboat Springs, so please plan your travel
time accordingly. In addition, showers are
available for client use before session for
cleanliness or afterwards to remove lotions/oils
from skin; please let me know beforehand if this
is a likely request. Cancellations:
24 hours notice is required for
cancellations. Heartfire Massage reserves the
right to charge clients for late cancellations
or missed appointments. Right of Refusal:
Heartfire Massage believes that both
therapist and client retain the right of
refusal. On rare occasions, therapists and
clients just don't “click” well with each other,
for a variety of reasons. If this happens on
either end, either the therapist or client may
end the the session at no charge if it is within
the first 20 minutes of a session. If more than
20 minutes have passed, the client will owe for
whatever amount of the session has occurred, but
there will be no further charges. The only
exception to this is in the case of a sexualized
environment. Heartfire Massage offers strictly
therapeutic and relaxing massage. Sexual
innuendos or requests (either verbal or
nonverbal) from clients will not be tolerated.
Upon such occasion, Heartfire Massage reserves
the right to end the session early, and the
client will owe for the entire amount of the
scheduled appointment. |
