Integrative Massage

A massage fully customized to your body's needs, whatever they are at the moment. Modalities may include a combination of any of the following: Swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and/or muscle energy techniques.

Sessions on the quarter-hour or for greater than 90 minutes also available.

Reflexology
Good for the sole! Reflexology is thought to stimulate different regions of the body by working corresponding areas of the feet and hands, supporting whole-system wellness. A foot massage like none other!

Peri-Operative Massage
Pre-surgery massage soothes jangled nerves and helps with faster recovery. Post-surgery massage addresses not only physical health but the accompanying trauma and depression. Studies show its efficacy in post-surgery pain management.

Prenatal Massage
Good for the baby, good for you. Mommies-to-be experience unique changes in the body that can sometimes pose a challenge to those living in it. Benefits carry over to the baby, too!

Intra-Oral/TMJ Massage
For those with TMJ dysfunction, those who grind, or those who clench, focused work on jaw, face, and neck muscles can bring unimagined relief to headaches, jaw pain, and neck tension.

Ribcage Release
Massage targeting the diaphragm, intercostals, and other muscles used in breathing. Fantastic for asthmatics, allergy sufferers, athletes, singers, people with COPD, visitors dealing with altitude sickness, or anyone else who wants to breathe well!

Hot stone integration $20
Add hot stones to your massage for an extra-delicious experience! The heat of the stones melts away tension even better than hands alone can do, leaving you in a little puddle of bliss.

Essential oils $15
An aromatherapy massage is a great way to to reap the assets of topical application of essential oils along with the soothing therapeutic benefits of massage. Not available at Lincoln Avenue office.

Infused honey & cream face mask $20
Local honey infused with lavender and mixed with cream is applied topically for a soothing, moisturizing facial mask. Good enough to eat! To ensure availability, please order when booking appointment.

Infused hot oil scalp massage $45
Warm oil infused with rosemary is applied to the hair and worked into the scalp for a treatment that is nourishing to both hair and spirit. The conditioning shampoo leaves your hair silky and your stress levels non-existent. Available only at The Spa/Salon.

Pamper your hands and feet!
Aromatherapy soak, exfoliating scrub, and reflexology treatment with moisturizing lotion. Yum! Not available at Lincoln Avenue office.

Full body scrub $100
Exfoliate dry, itchy skin with a citrus body polish, followed by a warm shower and moisturizing treatment with body butter. Add a half-hour or hour massage for a truly scrumptious event! Not available at Lincoln Avenue office.

Triple threat $110
The most fun you can have with your clothes on! Combine a hot oil scalp massage, face mask, and hand & foot treatment for a truly decadent experience. Following the philosophy of “it's the little things that count!” this is not a experience to be missed! Available only at The Spa/Salon.

Combine any two treatments and save $5 off the price of each! Does not apply to hot stone or aromatherapy upgrades.

Chair Massage $1/minute + $5 base ($20 for 15 min, etc)
It's touch and go! Chair massage has become increasingly popular as part of workplace wellness programs in corporate settings, whether ongoing or for a special occasion. Helpful for relieving stress, addressing repetitive strain injuries, and is effective in improving alertness and immune system functions. Minimum commitment of 1.5 hours needed.

Spa Parties
Have a mini-vacation in your own home! Weddings, birthdays, baby showers, a girls' night in, or any other special day . . . the only limit is your imagination! From chair massage to foot scrubs to a full body massage, services can be as simple or as elaborate as you would like. There is no pressure to buy products or book another party—guaranteed! Call for your customized package and pricing options.

Customized Couples' Classes $300-$500; average session lasts 3-4 hours
