One characteristic emerged as a significant predictor of success.
It was grit.
Grit is passion and perseverance for very long-term goals. Grit is having stamina. Grit is sticking with your future, day in, day out. Not just for the week, not just for the month, but for years, and working really hard to make that future a reality.
So, yeah. Here I am on my day off, doing what I usually do on my days off . . . working. (I am not always good at that whole work-life balance thing, I will admit.)
As many of you know, grit I have aplenty. But I also need your help.

There's no electoral college here, folks--every vote counts. And I do mean every vote.

After all . . . reaching your goals take grit, but sometimes it takes a little help, too.
