Three things make a newsletter, right?
Best of the Boat

Besides, she has an awesome first name, even if she doesn't know how to spell it right. ;) How could I not love her?

Have I mentioned lately how much you guys rock? You do things like vote for me and tell me I'm #1 in your book even when I don't come in first place. Which means . . . drumroll, please! It's that time again!
What: Annual client appreciation party
Where: 410 S. Lincoln Ave (our office)
When: Thursday, Nov. 10, 5-7:30pm
There will be yummy noshes, tasty sips, complimentary massages, goodie bags, and our best deal on massages all year. Choose from 60 or 90 minute sessions; buy two, get the third half-off. Gift them to others or keep 'em all to yourself--makes no never-mind to me!

I've also teamed up with the incomparable Nikki Edinger from Spa Ooh La La to offer a sweet package deal bundling a massage and a facial for the ultimate spa day--or spread out your pampering to fit with your schedule!
Can't make it to the party but want to get in on these crackin' good deals? Easy peasy! Just go here on Nov 10 to purchase them online. Remember, this is a one day only deal!

The last item of note is a more personal one. One of my dearest friends, Brandie Bond, is the artist in residence at Fhysical Elementshere in Steamboat this month. Her show, a breathtaking collection of photography and pyrography (including upcycled cigar boxes and scrimshaw!) will culminate the evening of First Friday, November 4th. Her daughter and I will likely be doing some performance art stuff out front, too.
If you can't make it up here but would like to see more of Brandie's (rather incredible) work, she blogs at Art of Curious Things or is on Twitter at @crafycuriousity.
And now, I'm gonna boogie on outta here and go think about the firewood we still need to split, haul, and stack and what a nice day it is outside. Hope to see some of you at the party!
