Sarah
Master therapist

Sarah Miller is a born Canadian who has made her home here in the USA since 2008. Her journey into natural health and wellness began in 1992 after experiencing debilitating injuries as a passenger in a motor vehicle accident. Impressed with the effects of therapeutic massage during her rehabilitation, Sarah went on to graduate from the Massage Therapy Advanced Diploma program at Centennial College in Toronto, Canada, requiring over 2500 hours of training and clinical practice. She has certification in clinical aromatherapy, trigger point erasure, myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, somato-emotional release, psychophysical integration techniques, reflexology, herbology, Usui Reiki, and more.
In addition to orthopedic clinical massage, Sarah has a passion for women’s reproductive health & wellness and has worked with women of all ages, from before menarche to beyond menopause. She is a Birth Doula/Labor Support Professional, certified Childbirth Educator and her experiences in supporting women through pregnancy and birth, as well as her own birth process with her daughter, led to particular interest in recovery from trauma through hands-on healing modalities like traditional Hawai'ian opu 'huli lomilomi, and as a professional practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy. She has found amazing results using these approaches to support her clients in their fertility, menstrual, menopausal, perinatal & postpartum care.
Sarah integrates many bodywork modalities to best address her client’s individual needs, and has worked in multidisciplinary, private and hospital settings with a diverse range of populations. Conscious, reflective work and the ability to infuse each treatment with clear intention and keen intuition - meshed with experience and skill - is what truly sets Sarah apart as a therapist. She considers it a calling and a blessing to work with those on their own personal journey towards health & wellness and endeavors to keep breathing deeply and hold her personal mantra of “inspire…release…transform” close at heart. When not in the clinic, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors hiking with her dogs, trailriding on horseback, snowboarding and rollerskating.
